Returns & Refunds
Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour. Please also be advised "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.
We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to support@tsmcandles.com with your name, order number and a photograph of the item for assessment. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund of your item.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
